Our Story

My name is Glen, and I love exercise. I believe that exercise should  be scientific and rational, but also enjoyable and leave you feeling invigorated and fulfilled.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with people of all ages with many different goals: Mom’s who want to support their families, business owner’s who want to keep enjoying their beer league with friends, and people with sensitive conditions like rheumatoid arthritis and multiple sclerosis.

I work with you to create a sustainable exercise process, and share some smiles along the way. Your exercise sessions are designed to work with your own unique body, preferences, and history.

For the Science Nerds (Like Me):

I take a mechanical, neuro-physiological approach to helping heal the body.

I collect data on health history, posture, range of motion, muscular testing, dynamometer output, personal preference, as well as many other metrics to discern where motor control is lacking and leading to unwanted sensations in the body.

Through applying force and exercising key areas in the body, my clients experience more strength, stamina, and tolerance to their joints in day to day activities that allow them to feel relief and experience a higher quality of life.
