Move STRONG, CONFIDENT, and
PAIN-FREE

Don't Just Exist — Thrive

The body doesn’t fail because it gets older—it struggles because its stability, strength, and stamina no longer meet the demands placed on it. When everyday activities require more capacity than the body has, discomfort and breakdown follow.

The solution is not extreme workouts or pushing harder. The solution is building a body that is stronger, more stable, and more capable than the life it’s asked to live.

When stability, strength, and stamina exceed the demands of daily life:

  • Movement feels easier
  • Pain decreases
  • Energy improves
  • Confidence returns

This is what allows people to age with control instead of caution. This is what Glen’s signature methodology, the DRIVE method, delivers.

Discover

Get clear on where you are—and where you want to go.

This step is about understanding your body and your goals. We look at what feels stiff, weak, or uncomfortable, and what you want your body to be able to do in the years ahead. Instead of guessing or copying workouts from the internet, Discover gives you clarity. When you know your starting point and your destination, exercise becomes less confusing and far more effective.

  • Know exactly what needs attention

  • Stop wasting time on the wrong exercises

  • Feel confident you’re doing the right things

Roadmap

Create a clear plan that fits your body.

The Roadmap turns clarity into action. This step organizes what to work on first, what can wait, and how everything fits together.

Your body has a history, and that history matters. The Roadmap uses that information to create a plan that makes sense for you—so you’re not overdoing what’s already stressed or ignoring what actually needs support.

  • A simple, clear plan to follow

  • Less trial and error

  • Faster progress with fewer setbacks

invigorate

Fix the weak links and restore control.

Invigorate focuses on the areas of your body that aren’t pulling their weight, leading to sensations that feel stiff, achy, or unstable.

Using measured, precise movements, this step helps “wake up” underused muscles and improve how easily your body moves. Many people feel better and move easier quickly during this phase.

  • Improved stability and movement

  • Less discomfort

  • The body starts working together again

vitalize

Build real strength, endurance, and energy.

The Vitalize phase looks and feels like traditional exercise. This step includes strength training, cardio, and more challenging movements—but are always matched to your current abilities.

Vitalize runs alongside Invigorate, not instead of it. While weak areas are being supported and rebuilt, stronger areas are trained normally. This keeps you moving forward without overloading your weak spots.

  • Get stronger without pain

  • Build stamina and energy

  • Train safely without holding yourself back

EVALUATE

Check progress and adjust—so you keep improving.

Your body changes, and your plan should too. Evaluate is about taking dedicated time to re-evaluate, see what’s improved, and make smart adjustments to your exercise.

This step helps you recognize progress you might otherwise miss and prevents plateaus or setbacks. Each cycle through the method builds on the last—you’re not starting over, you’re leveling up.

  • See real progress over time

  • Stay motivated and focused

  • Keep improving without guessing
